Early-access privacy information.

What early access is for

When sign-ups are open, you can ask to receive Maximiser launch updates and early-access invitations. We send a confirmation email first; your address joins the list only after you confirm. After confirmation, we send the address, signup source, confirmation time and confirmed-subscriber count to our support mailbox so the team can manage the early-access list. You can unsubscribe using the link in your welcome email.

Data and service providers

The early-access service stores your email address, signup source, consent version, signup and confirmation timestamps, hashed confirmation and unsubscribe tokens, and limited email-attempt and delivery-status information in Cloudflare D1. It does not store your name, IP address or raw tokens. Cloudflare Turnstile checks requests for bots, and Resend delivers confirmation and welcome emails.

How long we keep early-access records

Unconfirmed requests are kept for 7 days from the original signup, then deleted. Resending a confirmation does not extend that period. Expired requests cannot be confirmed.

Confirmed subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe or 90 days after Maximiser’s public launch, whichever comes first for the early-access purpose. Unsubscribing deletes the record from our early-access database. Automatic cleanup runs hourly, including when sign-ups are disabled, and expired records cannot be used to continue the early-access flow.

Ongoing marketing or newsletters after launch would require a separate or updated consent basis. We will not silently extend your early-access consent to those purposes.

These deletion rules cover our active early-access database. Deleting a record does not necessarily remove every provider backup or log copy immediately, or emails already delivered to your inbox. Cloudflare retains recoverable database history according to its service and plan retention. Resend retains email and log information according to its provider retention policy.

Resend’s processing and storage may involve the United States. Its email sending region does not determine where all data is stored. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact support@maximiser.app.

Current status

Early-access sign-ups are open on the Maximiser website. Maximiser itself remains in development. This page describes the early-access service, not unrelated Shopify application data or other company services.

Optional website analytics

We use Google Analytics, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use this website and improve it. Analytics cookies and storage are optional: storage is denied until you accept analytics. If you do not accept, or choose Reject, Google Consent Mode can still send limited cookieless signals for measurement and modeling. This does not mean that Google receives no information.

Advertising features, Google Signals and ad personalization are not enabled. We do not send email addresses, form values or early-access tokens to analytics, and confirmation and unsubscribe pages are not tracked. Google may process analytics information outside your country. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy.

Your accepted or rejected preference is stored locally in your browser. You can change it through Cookie settings in the footer. Choosing Reject stops analytics storage and removes the Google Analytics cookies this site can access, without deleting unrelated site storage.
